Words can not describe how despicable the attempt at showing customer service was at the Florence Alabama store. Mario was the representative that had the pleasure of wasting my time. When my fiancé and I were done with that store we left and went to the muscle shoals store. Chris was the representative that assisted us and it was the best customer service I have ever had. Because of his respect and amazing hospitality we will continue using t mobile. If anyone ever needs a representative at t mobile go to the muscle shoals store and ask for Chris or ty . They are amazing and won't waste your time.
