Walmart Supercenter in Florence, Alabama

I'm really surprised with Walmart if you order something online or even in the store and you don't use it for awhile or you get it for a gift with a receipt , and it's ordered from second company you can't get the item returned I've tried. Sometimes customer service gives you a very hard time if you have too many receipts, I did tell one lady I guess I spend too much money at Walmart I was so upset I took back almost a$900 TV she was so rude... I've actually been told don't bring anything back if I cannot Mark her it is on the receipt and I've actually done that and they said it didn't match and I know it did because I used to work in retail management, I'm more hesitant about purchasing certain items at Walmart that I didn't give second thought in the past. The self checks are taking over and it never fails if you've got over to three items the person's going to have to come and help you there's not enough regular cashiers working back in 1996 self check was tried in Florida and failed it was also tried again in 2002 also had lots of complications.. sometimes I wonder if Walmart is changing for the better or the worst and it's very hard to get help because everybody is working so hard ... PS forget about calling not less you call back at least 10 times. Over the years Wal Mart and one of my favorite to buy Many Electronics, tires, batteries, windshield wipers and oil changes. Last few times I've had to go over and replace my warranty they didn't want to do some of them because I bought them in other Walmarts in other states like Georgia and Florida Alabama they're getting to where they don't want to honor so what's the use of buying a warranty and buying from Walmart when you can go to other places will be treated the same way or better Wal Mart always been my pic I just pray you get better and what you've been in the last year thank you
